These are my parents! Ellen Waterman is an ethnomusicologist as well as a documenter, researcher, and performer of improvised music. Michael Waterman is a practicing sound installation artist, and an early pioneer of the radio sound collage medium (check out his long standing, radio based noise band Mannlicher Carcano - named after the gun that killed JFK, best band name ever, thanks for ruining everything dad).
Together they recently incepted Pama, and Map is a thoughtfully sombre flute and synth improvisation to lead us into the last act of the mixtape - the chill act.
